The view from Glacier Point was really obscured by haze from the coastal (and nearer) forest fires. For most pictures I had my cameras set to bracket the exposure by 2/3 over and under. I had NO plans to do any HDR work. If I had, I would have used larger brackets and used aperture priority to keep the f-stops constant. To my surprise though, using Photomatix Pro really helped many of the shots. By no means are these meant to be wonderful examples of HDR pictures, but I'm VERY happy with the results. For several pictures I've included a non-HDR photo so you can see the difference. I also used Lightzone (Local Contrast only) on most (if not all) pictures.
